Tesla Roadster all electric car

Ok….I know this has nothing to do with cafe racers, or even motorcycles for that matter, but being a speed freak I just couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share with you my most recent adventure. TESLA. If the name doesn’t ring a huge bell upstairs, you can never call yourself a true car guy again. I was able to tour the Tesla factory, speak with the CEO and Chairman (Elon Lusk… paypal inventor), and ride shotgun in the roadster. AMAZING. 0 to 60 in 4 seconds!!!! The weirdest part was the nearly silent and perfectly smooth acceleration. NO NOISE, NO SHIFTS. This thing is seriously fast, not to mention it has a range of 200 miles, and get the equivalent of 100 MPG. Now do you believe me when I say this thing is serious.
